Why do people seek family therapy?
Family therapy can be beneficial if a family member has any of the following mental health conditions: Anxiety disorders, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Eating disorders, such as anorexia. Mood disorders, such as bipolar disorder and depression.
My Approach
I meet my clients where they are at. I use harm reduction therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and client centered therapy. I am here to support and not judge individuals and their families to aid in the ongoing treatment of them and their loves ones.

About me
I am licensed clinical social worker and I have been in the field since 1997. I have worked closely with clients suffering from eating disorders, self harm, substance abuse, gambling, sex addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I also work with adolescents, LGBTQ, and specifically transgender youth.
